About the Event

CBRCanada Community of Practice

Community of Practice meetings actively bring together CBRCanada members from across Canada and beyond to engage in meaningful discussions. All CBRCanada members involved in community-based research are welcome, whether you are a researcher, peer-researcher, student, project coordinator, administrator, director, or community leader. The purpose of the community of practice is to network with others, learn from each other, and exchange best practices.


The group meets on Zoom the second Friday of every month from 12-1pm Eastern Time. Meetings are one hour, informal, and participatory. Each month will have a short guest talk on a big theme or topic in community-based research and then launch into a break-out group and larger group discussion. By signing up you will receive re-occurring calendar invitations for the entire year (September 2024 to June 2025). You can unsubscribe at any time and can attend as many meetings as you wish. The…
