About the Event
CBRCanada Community of Practice
Community of practice meetings actively bring together CBRCanada members from across Canada and beyond to engage in meaningful discussions. All involved in community-based research are welcome, whether you are a researcher, peer-researcher, student, project coordinator, administrator, director, or community leader. The purpose of the community of practice is to network with others, learn from each other, and exchange best practices.
The group meets the second Friday of every other month. Meetings are one hour, informal, and participatory. Each month will have a short guest talk on a big theme or topic in community-based research and then launch into a break-out group and larger group discussion.
By signing up you will receive re-occurring calendar invitations for the entire year (September 2023 to June 2024). You can unsubscribe at any time and can attend as many meetings as you wish.
This event will take place in a Zoom meeting format. A zoom link* will be sent out by email prior to the event and can also be found in the recurring calendar invitation. For questions, please email info@communityresearchcanada.ca in advance of the event.
