Ariscielle (Cielle) is a dedicated professional with more than eight years of diverse experience in project coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder management across various industries, including IT, construction, energy, and telecommunications. She provides needed support in organizational administration, financial tracking, and event planning in her current role as Administrative Assistant at Community-Based Research Canada, ensuring operational excellence and the success of community-driven programs.

Cielle, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Post-Graduate Certificate in IT Business Analysis, brings expertise in data management, technical support, reporting, and continuous improvement projects. Well-known for her keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service delivery, she has contributed to impactful projects like process automation and data-driven decision-making improvements.

Outside of her work, Cielle is a passionate cook who enjoys cooking for her family and relatives. She frequently draws inspiration from YouTube and cooking shows. She initially envisioned a career in Culinary Arts in college, but after learning about the opportunities that awaited her, she changed her mind and decided to pursue Engineering instead. Now, she's currently striving toward her goal of becoming a business analyst
